Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Gulberg, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and forecasts.

Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and budgets to ensure efficient financial management.

Monitor the companys cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational needs.

Analyze and assess financing alternatives considering risk, return, and prevailing market conditions.

Conduct financial needs assessments for major capital equipment purchases, working capital, and other financing requirements.

Manage and monitor the companys credit facility and ensure compliance with financial covenants.

Prepare periodic financial reports and provide strategic recommendations based on financial performance.

Support senior management with financial planning and decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ACCA preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, as a people manager.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
• Proficient in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
