Floor Manager
Australian Concept Infertility Medical Center, Pakistans premier IVF and fertility treatment provider, is looking for an experienced team leader with a passion for delivering exceptional patient service to join our operational team as Floor Manager The suitable candidate will lead front desk and patient operations at our New Garden Town branch in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day floor operations and ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Manage and mentor front desk staff for efficiency, professionalism, and patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate with medical consultants, nursing, and support staff for optimal service delivery.
- Monitor and manage patient flow, minimize delays, and handle escalations professionally.
- Ensure compliance with clinical SOPs, cleanliness, and organizational standards.
- Maintain daily reporting,
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- A Bachelors degree (preferably in Healthcare, Business, or Management).
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, clinic, or service industry role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team under pressure with a problem-solving mindset.
- Basic tech proficiency and familiarity with clinic management software is a plus.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
