Job Description for Customer Services Representative:

Hiring Criteria:

• Qualification: Minimum graduate from a reputable university.
• Communication Skills: Must have fluency in English and Urdu language(with a neutral dialect)
• Residence: Lahore
• Experience. Preferably have 06 months to 02 Years.
• Salary: 32K-45K (Performance Based Incentives)
• Shift: Rotational (monthly)

· Job Description:

· To handle and respond to customer calls.

· To provide online support to the customer regarding the services.

· Follow up with Operations team for fault rectifications exceeding 48 hours

· Create / close Network Trouble Ticket

· Keep faults record for respective regions

· Execute special tasks assigned during duty.

• Option to Work from Home

Those candidates who are willing to work from home must fulfill the requirements mentioned below. Work from home option is subject to staff performance after 6 months once they are on board.

• The candidate must have his/her laptop/system. (>Core i3)
• Power Backup (UPS / Generator etc.)
• Internet connection other than PTCL (>4MB)
• Candidate must have his own Headgear
• Separate Space in a home (work from home)

Pay: Rs32,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
