Game Deisgner

Were looking for talented and passionate Game Designers to join our team and help us create engaging experiences for both casual mobile and PC games. If you have a strong understanding of game design principles and a knack for creating fun and innovative gameplay, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Design and document game mechanics, systems, and features.
• Create detailed level designs that provide compelling player experiences.
• Develop and balance game economies and progression systems.
• Collaborate with artists, engineers, and other designers to bring game concepts to life.
• Analyze player data and feedback to iterate on and improve game design.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in game design.
• Experience in both casual mobile and PC game development is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in level design principles and practices.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills for balancing game mechanics and economies.
• Ability to create clear and concise design documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for playing and creating games.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Lua, Python).
• Experience with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
