ABS International is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our night shift team at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal office in Karachi. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for early-career graphic designers seeking hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and UI support within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality digital assets including social media creatives, banners, display ads, presentations, and web visuals.
• Support UI/UX designers in creating wireframes, layouts, and interface components for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure design work aligns with brand identity, guidelines, and campaign goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop visuals that improve user engagement and conversion rates.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining design quality.
• Participate in the iterative design process and incorporate feedback to refine visuals.
• Contribute to SEO-optimized content through thoughtfully designed graphics that enhance user experience and on-page performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design (internships and freelance work also considered).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design practices.
• Awareness of how design impacts SEO and user retention.
• Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
