Role:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in visual storytelling and brand design, with hands-on experience across digital and print formats. From crafting social media graphics to developing investor decks and marketing collateral, youll play a key role in producing high-impact visuals that resonate with audiences and align with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality visual assets across digital and print channels, including social media graphics, digital campaigns, presentations, brochures, logos, company profiles, banners, and more.
• Create engaging presentations and investor pitch decks that communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to translate concepts into creative, brand-aligned designs.
• Maintain consistency in visual identity across all platforms and deliverables.
• Utilize deep knowledge of consumer behavior and digital trends to create targeted, audience-first designs.
• Produce video assets and motion graphics using tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects when needed.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovation to every project.
• Effectively manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
• 2-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Experience with Figma or similar collaborative design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work in social media, branding, presentation design, and print materials.
• Attention to detail and a high standard for design quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a client-centric mindset.
• Strong time management, organization, and ability to work under pressure.

Additional Skills

• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of social media marketing trends and visual strategies.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
• Ability to adapt and grow with the team, open to feedback and continuous learning.

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of social media advertising platforms.
• Ability to contribute to branding and marketing strategy discussions.

Salary range: 80,000 Rs. - 140,000 Rs per month

Please note that the salary is tied to the United States Dollar (USD), meaning that as the USD increases, the salary will increase proportionally.
