Job Title: Manager Accounts

Location: 22-Km Ferozpur Road, off 1 Km Rohi Nala, Lahore.Department: FinanceReports to: Managing Director & CEO

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Accounts to lead and manage the accounts department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and developing efficient accounting systems and processes. This role requires an individual with a strong background in accounting, along with proven managerial experience, particularly in leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts department.
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
• Provide strategic advice and financial insights to senior management to support decision-making.
• Manage the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Supervise, mentor, and train the accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost optimization and financial growth.
• Ensure compliance with local financial laws and international accounting regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce risks.

Requirements:

• ACCA or CA qualification is a must.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Proven experience in managing and developing a team of accountants.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar Manager of Accounts or senior accounting role.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards and cross-border financial operations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial forecasting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
