Job Description:We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Finance to lead our finance function. This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping the companys financial vision, driving strategic financial planning, and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the finance department, overseeing all financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control activities.- Define and drive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.- Direct the development and implementation of budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.- Provide strategic financial insights and risk management recommendations to the CEO and senior leadership.- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with local and international standards.- Monitor financial KPIs and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and investment decisions.- Oversee internal controls, audits, and compliance processes.- Represent the finance function in strategic meetings, board reviews, and external stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.asters degree (e.g., MBA) is strongly preferred.- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent is required.- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.- Expertise in financial strategy, modeling, analysis, and regulatory compliance. - Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
