Head of Finance (Treasury)

Position Title: Head of Treasury

Position Based In: DHA, Karachi - Pakistan

Gender: Male

Experience: 3-5 years

Manage daily cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity across all business units.

Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions; negotiate terms and fees.

Identify and manage financial risks related to interest rates, FX, and liquidity; implement hedging strategies where necessary.

Oversee short-term investments and ensure alignment with company policies and risk tolerance

Provide accurate and timely cash flow forecasts, treasury reports, and strategic insights to senior leadership.

Lead debt issuance, refinancing, and negotiation of credit facilities and loan agreements.

Evaluate and execute financing options, including bank loans, bonds, and alternative financing structures.

Manage strategic relationships with banks, lenders, rating agencies, and financial advisors.

Monitor bank performance and fees; evaluate and select banking partners based on business needs.

Provide regular reporting to the CFO, executive leadership, and board on treasury KPIs, forecasts, and strategic insights.
