With you on our team, our leading brands will shine in stores, engaging our customers and driving demand. Your expertise with the 4Ps will carve out innovative paths for our category strategies, embodying the brand vision within marketplaces. This is your chance to shape market trends, become a brand envoy in our partner stores, and set the stage for others to bring your strategies to life.Your responsibilitiesIn summary, youll:
- Collaborate across marketing, sales and e-commerce departments to define and execute category-specific strategies.
- Translate brand strategies into dynamic customer marketing plans, creating a strong presence in stores.
- Drive the development of consumer and channel insights through thoughtful research, informing our category strategies.
- Lead annual planning, using your deep understanding of business goals to craft compelling channel strategies.
- Own new product launches, overseeing sales materials and in-market implementation of the 4Ps.
- Solid experience in sales or marketing with a track record of turning plans into successful marketing actions.
- Analytical thinker, adept at using data for forecasting and making informed decisions.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a keen sense of business and commercial mechanics.
- Proficient in building partnerships and influencing decisions, with a consultative approach to selling.
- Strong grasp of customer, channel, and sales strategies, coupled with P & L management.
- Commitment to operational excellence and adept at implementing strategies successfully.
