Hiring cleanliness staff

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleanliness staff member to ensure our facilities remain clean, sanitary, and presentable at all times. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards in our workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize floors, surfaces, windows, and common areas.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment to maintain a tidy environment.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Maintain restrooms by cleaning toilets, sinks, and replenishing supplies.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness in offices, meeting rooms, and other designated areas.
• Report any maintenance issues, broken equipment, or safety hazards.
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety protocols.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Good physical stamina to handle standing, bending, and lifting.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.

Work Environment:

• Indoor and/or outdoor cleaning responsibilities.
• May require working with cleaning chemicals and handling cleaning tools.
