HR Executive (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Handle attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination with the finance team.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and feedback collection.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Support in drafting HR letters, documentation, and internal communications.
  • Address employee queries and provide timely assistance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data at all times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and practices.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ethical values and commitment to confidentiality.
