HR Executive
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Education:
- MBA / MHRM or related
Job Description:
HR Executive is responsible for but not limited to:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy.
- Handle employee onboarding, including document collection, induction coordination, and system setup.
- Support offboarding processes, including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlements.
- Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management coordination.
- Respond to HR-related queries from employees and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in HR reports, dashboards, and analytics preparation.
- Support HR audits by preparing required documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Prepare HR letters (experience, increment, transfer, etc.) and contracts.
- Coordinate with external vendors (payroll, insurance, etc.) as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs10.00 per month
