Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive HR manager to join our team. As an HR, you will play a key role in assisting with human resources operations, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the well-being of our employees. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced software development environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with company guidelines.
• Support employee benefits and compensation plans, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
• Assist in handling employee relations, addressing concerns, and maintaining a harmonious work environment.
• Support performance management activities, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and career development plans.
• Help coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
• Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

• 1 year of work experience in IT companies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
