HR Officer
Job Duties:
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
· Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.
· Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed for new hires.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
· Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
· Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
· Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
· Collaborate with management to address and resolve employee issues.
· Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
· Managing in house health insurance
· Implement and manage travel policies and procedures.
· Monitor and control travel expenses, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
· Collaborate with employees and travel agencies to arrange cost-effective and efficient travel.
· Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee Information in electronic and digital format.
· Other task assigned by manager
Requirements:
BBA (hons) with HR specialization
Min 2 years of experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
