Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster positive employee relations, resolve conflicts, and enhance employee engagement.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisals, set objectives, and manage feedback processes.
- Learning and Development: Identify training needs, organize development programs, and support career growth initiatives.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer salary, benefits, and incentives programs; ensure compliance with company policies.
- HR Reporting and Meetings: Prepare HR reports and attend HR meetings to discuss staffing, performance, and other relevant issues.
- Ad Hoc HR Tasks: Assist with various HR-related tasks and projects as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
Experience:
- HR: 4 years (Preferred)
