Human resource generalist

1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding creative and technical roles tailored to marketing agency needs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns, facilitating team-building activities, and ensuring high engagement in a fast-paced, creative environment.

3. Performance Management: Coordinate performance review cycles, assist in setting KPIs aligned with marketing goals, and support managers in employee development plans.

4. Policy Development & Compliance: Implement and update HR policies in line with industry standards, ensuring compliance and transparency across all agency operations.

5. Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate relevant training programs to enhance staff capabilities in areas such as digital marketing, client management, and leadership.
