Job Overview

ABS International is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Karachi. This role involves providing exceptional support to U.S.-based clients by resolving inquiries, offering timely solutions, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information and resolve client issues efficiently
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery
• Maintain high standards of customer service at all times

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and time management skills

Shift Timings (Night Shift)

• 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM
• 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Candidates must be available for night shift hours.
