International Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking results-driven Sales Agents (night shift) to join our team. The primary

responsibility of this role is to engage potential customers through cold calling, guide them in making informed decisions, and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct outbound cold calls to potential prospects, providing accurate information and

· addressing their needs.

· Send personalized emails based on customer requirements.

· Generate and manage qualified leads for follow-ups to maximize conversion

· opportunities.

· Maintain the required daily talk time and adhere to performance targets.

· Follow the booster chart to optimize productivity and sales outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

· Experience in an international contact center environment (preferred).

· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Strong convincing and guiding abilities to assist prospects effectively.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

· Ability to set and manage priorities effectively.

Note: Prior experience is not mandatory, as long as they have good communication skills.

Competitive Salary: Up to PKR 50,000 (plus attractive incentives & commissions).

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
