IT Executive

• Installing and configuring hardware and software.
• Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
• Managing multiple cases at one time.
• Testing and evaluating new technologies.
• Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.
• Maintaining IT hardware asset sheets.
• Managing the IT budget, having sound knowledge of the IT Equipment purchases, can provide support after office hours if needed.
• Ensuring technology solutions meet business needs.
• Leading the team members for IT solutions, and ensuring they have the IT resources to resolve their issues.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and security standards, for company Data security, can take care of the office Server provide any support when needed.
• Overseeing the implementation of new technology solutions for making the IT activities smooth in the company as per business changing needs.
• Managing vendor relationships.
• Staying up-to-date with technology trends and advancements to ensure the business remains smooth have sound knowledge of the changing IT trends so its beneficial for the company.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science or information technology.
• Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous.
• Prior experience of 1 to 2 years, in tech support, on a similar role.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
