Junior CMS Developer

We are seeking an Junior CMS Developer with a strong passion for web development and extensive experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and Squarespace. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain high-quality web projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, security, and aesthetics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both back-end and front-end development and be adept at creating and customizing themes, plugins, and apps across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain custom themes, plugins, and apps across WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and other CMS platforms.

● Customize and extend existing themes, plugins, and apps to meet client requirements.

● Build and manage Shopify stores, including handling product listings, payment gateways, and shipping configurations.

● Collaborate with designers and clients to translate design concepts into functional websites.

● Optimize website performance for speed, security, SEO, and scalability across all platforms.

● Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.

● Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in web development and CMS platforms.

Requirements:

● Experience:

○ Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer with at least 3 years of experience.

○ Minimum 2 years of experience with Shopify and other CMS platforms.

● Technical Skills:

○ Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.

○ Experience with responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).

○ Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

○ Experience with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques.

● Other Skills:

○ Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.

○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

○ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

○ Attention to detail and a passion for quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
