Job Description:We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Lead Generation Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills and have a passion for engaging with potential clients via cold calling. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to build a rewarding career in the international BPO industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to generate potential leads
• Identify decision-makers and set appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM system
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and leads
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified lead handoff

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Confidence and persistence in cold calling
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced night shift environment
• Prior experience in cold calling or lead generation (preferred but not required)
