Legal Processing Officer

One World Immigration Law Consultants (OWILC) is a leading immigration and legal consultancy firm specializing in skilled immigration, business visas, study abroad programs, and citizenship by investment. We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Legal Processing Officer to join our team and ensure the seamless handling of legal documentation and immigration processes.

The Legal Processing Officer will be responsible for managing and processing immigration applications, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing legal support to clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of immigration laws, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple cases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities.

Legal Case Management & Processing

• Handle and process immigration applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
• Review and verify documents related to visa, residency, and citizenship applications.
• Ensure that all applications comply with local and international immigration laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with relevant embassies, immigration authorities, and legal bodies for case approvals.

Client Consultation & Legal Support

• Provide legal guidance to clients regarding their immigration options, visa categories, and application procedures.
• Advise clients on legal documentation, eligibility criteria, and potential challenges.
• Assist clients in filling out forms, affidavits, and other legal paperwork.

Compliance & Policy Updates

• Stay updated on changes in immigration policies, visa regulations, and legal frameworks.
• Ensure that all legal processing aligns with OWILCs compliance standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of case files, agreements, and approvals.

Reporting & Case Tracking

• Maintain accurate records of client applications and case statuses.
• Prepare periodic reports on legal processing timelines, case approvals, and compliance issues.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on pending applications and legal inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Law, Immigration Studies, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in immigration processing, legal consulting, or a similar role.
• Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of immigration laws, visa categories, and case processing procedures.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to handle legal documentation with accuracy and compliance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex legal cases and provide solutions.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and case management tools.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
