Listing Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Listing Representative to join our Business Development team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and maintain product listings across various online platforms. The successful candidate will ensure accurate, up-to-date listings and work closely with other teams to support product launches, updates, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shop Direct, Decathlon, Shopify, etc.).
• Timely update product content including descriptions, images, prices, and specifications as per new product launches or revisions.
• Ensure all listings are accurately categorized, including product features, technical details, and compliance information.
• Monitor and optimize listings to improve search rankings, conversion rates, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and inventory teams to gather the required assets and ensure listings are updated on time.
• Audit and troubleshoot listing issues, resolving any discrepancies related to content, stock, or pricing.
• Track and report on listing performance metrics, making suggestions for improvements where needed.
• Stay up to date on platform-specific guidelines, trends, and best practices to ensure listings comply with current standards.
• Assist with promotional and seasonal updates to product listings, ensuring accurate and attractive presentation.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• Previous experience in managing e-commerce listings across platforms like mentioned above is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and/or other data management tools.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for product listings is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and timelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
