Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Accounting Manager to lead our finance operations in the UAE office. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with extensive post-qualified experience in hygiene solutions, logistics, or facility services, and a strong command of financial controls and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance and accounting team to deliver timely and accurate financial statements
• Develop and implement internal controls, SOPs, and financial policies
• Manage audits, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Drive budgeting, financial planning, and strategic analysis
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations
• Monitor cost structures and identify opportunities for financial efficiencies
• Supervise consolidation of financial data across multiple entities and regions

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
• 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in a managerial accounting role
• Industry exposure in hygiene solutions, FMCG, or related sectors
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Hands-on expertise with ERP systems (preferably SAP/Oracle)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
