Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Assist the Marketing Manager in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Amtech Systems offerings.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Develop marketing materials, presentations, and reports to support the companys marketing goals.
- Campaign Management
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce and deliver campaign assets.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, recommending adjustments to improve performance.
- Digital Marketing
- Oversee the companys digital presence, including website updates, SEO/SEM, and social media management.
- Plan and execute content strategies, including blogs, email marketing, and social media posts, to engage target audiences.
- Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates) to optimize digital marketing performance.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and customer insights.
- Analyze competitors strategies and provide insights to improve Amtech Systems positioning in the market.
- Generate reports on market conditions, customer behavior, and sales performance to inform future marketing strategies.
- Brand Management
- Assist in maintaining consistent brand messaging and tone across all marketing platforms.
- Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with the companys branding guidelines and corporate identity.
- Work on enhancing brand visibility and ensuring a strong presence in industry-related events and platforms.
- Content Creation and Management
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, ads, newsletters, and product sheets.
- Oversee the creation and scheduling of content calendars for social media platforms.
- Ensure that all marketing content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with business goals.
- Event Planning and Coordination
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of company events, product launches, and trade shows.
- Ensure the effective promotion of these events through appropriate marketing channels.
- Manage logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities to ensure successful outcomes.
- Client Relationship and CRM Management
- Work with the sales team to develop marketing strategies that support client engagement and retention.
- Assist in managing the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and assisting with targeted marketing campaigns.
- Analyze customer feedback and work on initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Masters degree or relevant certifications in marketing is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
