What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)1 Performance-Driven Marketing Execution

✔ Plan & execute marketing campaigns that directly contribute to 15+ leads/day. ✔ Develop 360-degree marketing strategies (Paid Ads, SEO, Social Media, AI-powered automation). ✔ Track every campaigns performance and optimize in real-time for maximum ROI. ✔ Find creative, out-of-the-box marketing strategies that make an impact with minimal spend.

2 AI-Driven & Automation-Focused Growth

✔ Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Zapier) to automate marketing workflows. ✔ Use AI-powered lead qualification & CRM strategies to improve conversion rates. ✔ Implement chatbots, data-driven analytics, and growth-hacking methodologies.

3 Social Media & Content Domination

✔ Build organic reach & engagement across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. ✔ Plan high-impact viral content and growth strategies. ✔ Drive community engagement through real estate forums, WhatsApp groups, and LinkedIn discussions.

4 Paid Ads & Lead Optimization

✔ Run highly targeted Meta & Google ads to generate quality leads at the lowest cost. ✔ A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximize ROI. ✔ Optimize conversion funnels to increase lead-to-client ratio.

Who You Are (Skills & Traits Required)

✔ 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or performance marketing. ✔ Passionate about growth hacking, AI marketing, and creative problem-solving. ✔ Knowledge of social media trends, paid ads (Meta/Google), SEO, and content strategies. ✔ A fast learner whos willing to explore AI tools and automate processes. ✔ Data-driven mindset - Can analyze, test, and improve campaigns based on performance. ✔ Someone who thinks like a business owner, not just an employee.
