About the Role:

Were looking for a Media Buyer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok. Youll be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns that drive real business results for our clients.

What Youll Do:

• Strategize, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Optimize campaigns to meet key performance indicators like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, placements, and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brief and review ad creatives.
• Monitor analytics and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
• Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes.

What Were Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and campaign optimization.
• Familiar with setting up tracking (Pixels, UTM parameters, and basic GA/GTM).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns effectively.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Agency experience or have managed multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Experience working with eCommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other reporting platforms.
