Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee the operations, maintenance, and repair of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within our properties. The MEP Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and functionality of all technical systems, ensuring a seamless experience for tenants and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and installation of MEP systems across the properties (electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems, etc.).
• Perform regular inspections and ensure all systems are functioning efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for MEP-related works and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all MEP systems.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, local regulations, and industry best practices.
• Oversee troubleshooting and provide solutions for any technical issues related to MEP systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades.
• Work closely with the Property Division Manager to report on MEP-related issues and suggest improvements.
• Monitor energy consumption and look for opportunities to enhance energy efficiency across the property.
• Ensure emergency response plans are in place and executed effectively in case of system failures or emergencies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing MEP systems, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or property management.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in MEP or electrical systems are a plus.
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and their components.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic property management tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and codes.
