Odoo Functional Consultant (Accounting Background)

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with a strong accounting background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing Odoo ERP solutions, with a focus on financial and accounting modules. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide functional expertise, and ensure seamless Odoo ERP integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and configure Odoo ERP, particularly accounting and finance modules. Provide functional expertise in Odoo implementations, customizations, and optimizations. Collaborate with clients to gather and document business needs, translating them into Odoo solutions. Train end-users and provide ongoing support for Odoo applications. Work closely with developers to design and test custom functionalities. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance. Stay updated on Odoos latest features and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience working as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Odoos accounting and financial modules (e.g., invoicing, payments, reconciliation, tax management).
• Experience in business process analysis and ERP implementation.
• Knowledge of Odoo workflows, modules, and customization options.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Odoo certification or prior experience with Odoo ERP implementations.
• Understanding of other Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, HR, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of Odoo Studio for minor customizations.
