Officer IT

Interwood Mobel is seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Officer to join our team. The IT Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems within the organization.

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
• Troubleshoot network and system issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Monitor IT systems to ensure data security, backup, and recovery.
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
• Document IT procedures and configurations.
• Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and recommend upgrades or new systems as needed.
• Provide training and technical guidance to users as required.
• Collaborate with external vendors for IT-related services and support.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) are a plus.
