This is a full-time on-site role for a Paid Ads Specialist based in Lahore. The Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media channels. Daily tasks include monitoring campaign performance, optimizing ad spend, conducting keyword research, writing ad copy, and collaborating with the marketing team to align campaign objectives with business goals. The role also involves analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media advertising platforms
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
• Expertise in keyword research and ad copywriting
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
