Performance Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:-Manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms for both Pakistan local market, US, Canada and UK region.-Experience in running ads focused on driving conversions for e-commerce sales and generating business leads through effective lead-generation campaigns.-Ensure that all ad sets are niche oriented and optimized for best ROAS. -Oversee and manage the allocation of the advertising budget, ensuring efficient spend with a high budget cap.-Identify and define target audiences, utilizing data insights to segment and refine campaigns for maximum impact.-Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure designs are aligned with campaign objectives, designs based on feedback and analytics to continuously improve performance.-Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends for online ads.-Provide weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for future strategies.

Requirements:-Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram in Pakistan, US, Canada and UK-A strong portfolio, must have experience to handle $10K budget a month at least.-Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including targeting, bidding, and optimization techniques-Preference for candidates with experience in managing ads in high-risk industries, ensuring compliance while driving engagement.-Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or other ad performance platforms.-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. -Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams-Ability to Communicate complex data findings and translate them into actionable business insights.
