Performance Marketing Executive

Create and manage ad campaigns over multiple channels to drive efficient traffic revenue.

· Analyze and optimize campaigns based on performance.

· Daily reporting of KPIs to identify issues and opportunities for growth.

· Deliver quantifiable improvement in ROI and cost per conversion across all channels.

· Collaborate with other team members for content and customer service to ensure effective marketing campaigns.

· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends.

· Optimize website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive sales.

Requirement:

· Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, or a relevant field.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Content Marketing.

· Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Search Console.

· Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Email Marketing, and Social Media.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
