We’re scaling fast, and now we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to supercharge our paid acquisition efforts across Meta and Google.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who knows how to turn data into results. You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. From crafting compelling ad creatives to A/B testing landing pages, you’ll play a central role in driving high-quality leads and fueling Qorden’s growth engine.

• Develop and manage full-funnel ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) platforms.

• Own campaign strategy, setup, targeting, and budget management to hit weekly/monthly performance KPIs (CPL, ROAS, conversions).

• Collaborate with our creative team to test ad variations (copy, images, videos) and landing pages for optimal performance.

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager to track, measure, and optimize results.

• Research and implement keyword strategies, audience segmentation, and lookalike targeting for scalable growth.

• Prepare performance reports and actionable insights to inform campaign improvements and C-suite decision-making.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Meta Ads.

• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver strong ROAS or lead generation results.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and conversion pixel setup.

• Familiarity with landing page testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.

• A proactive, self-starting approach to growth, testing, and learning.

• Experience in managing high budgets for global markets

• Knowledge of email funnels, retargeting strategies, or programmatic advertising.

• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mixpanel, or Lemlist.

• Work with a forward-thinking, collaborative team
