Product Specialist JD

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Product Specialist with a background in Computer Science and experience in security solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Walk-Through Metal Detectors (WTMD), Hand-Held Metal Detectors (HHMD), Security Surveys, and Inspection Systems. The role requires the ability to effectively communicate the technological advantages of our products and demonstrate how they integrate into comprehensive security system.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Understand and articulate the technology behind the companys security products, including WTMDs, HHMDs, and inspection systems.
• Explain the competitive advantages of our products over other brands in terms of performance, reliability, and customer benefits.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients, showcasing how our solutions align with their security requirements.
• Participate in security surveys and site assessments to determine the most suitable product solutions for client environments.
• Understand and explain the typical security screening process.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide product support and training.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in security solutions, particularly involving WTMDs, HHMDs, and inspection systems.
• Strong technical understanding of electronic security systems and screening procedures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Willingness to travel for site surveys, client meetings, and installations.
