Project and Studio Coordinator (Art and Game Industry)

Rayven Studios is an art and illustration studio working with international clients like EA, Hasbro, NetEase, and top-tier indie game companies.

Were looking for a smart, organized, and proactive individual to join our growing team in a role of project and studio coordinator. This is a critical position that will help us keep client projects on track and ensure the studio runs smoothly.

What Youll Be Doing:

Project Coordination:

• Communicate with clients to gather requirements, share updates, and manage timelines.
• Create and assign project tasks to artists using our project management tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Monday.com).
• Ensure deliverables are submitted on time and at the highest quality.
• Relay feedback between clients and artists clearly and promptly.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all active projects.

Studio & Operations Support:

• Maintain leave records and ensure the team is present and productive.
• Manage petty cash, small office purchases, and general upkeep.
• Coordinate with our finance team for invoices and payments.
• Keep the studio organized and well-stocked.
• Help organize team meetings, interviews, feedback sessions, and internal check-ins.
• Assist the Creative Director with occasional executive tasks, such as researching vendors, helping with hiring coordination, preparing reports, or gathering information as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors or technicians to ensure studio equipment (PCs, tablets, internet, etc.) remains functional and well-maintained.

Youll Work Closely With:

• Our in-house artists and art leads
• Creative Director/CEO
• Freelancers and partner studios
• International clients from video game industries

Youre a Great Fit If You:

• Have strong communication and organization skills.
• Are fluent in English (written + spoken) for professional client communication.
• Are comfortable working in an artist-led creative environment.
• Know how to manage tasks, timelines, and people without micromanaging.
• Have at least 1-3 years of experience in admin, coordination, or project handling.
• Bonus: Prior experience in a creative agency, studio, or production house.

Location:

On-site at our studio in Bahria Town Phase 7 Islamabad (near DHA Phase 1).

Timings:

Full-time i.e. 10am-6pm (Mon-Fri)

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
