Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Data Migration (10-15 years) Location: Trivandrum, Kochi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, Pune Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 10 to 15 years

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Project Manager to lead our data migration initiatives, including critical cloud migration programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing end-to-end data migration projects, excellent project management acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex data migration projects from planning through post-migration validation.

  • Ensure adherence to data quality, data governance standards, and data structure integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring successful and timely delivery.

  • Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing regular updates and solutions to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.

  • Leverage tools and platforms for data migration, data integration, and database management.

  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.

  • Drive data migration efforts related to on-premise to cloud data center migrations.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience managing data migration projects with a strong grasp of data structures, quality, and governance.

  • Proven project management skills, including stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.

  • Strong technical expertise in data migration tools, databases, and integration platforms.

  • Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration abilities across distributed teams.

  • Prior experience with large-scale data migration initiatives, particularly cloud migrations, is highly desirable.

  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
