Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on stress, time management, and conflict resolution.
• Provide private counseling to staff for stress, burnout, and work issues.
• Carry out simple assessments to check employees mental health and skills.
• Help HR plan activities that improve staff wellbeing and happiness.
• Solve workplace problems through counseling and support.
• Lead easy-to-understand workshops on teamwork, motivation, and communication.
• Give input on employee performance

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology
• Degree in relevant field will be preferable or strong professional experience
• Strong communication and counseling skills
• Ability to conduct basic psychological assessments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
