Position Title: Receptionist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and presentable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who possesses a basic understanding of administrative responsibilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining a professional front desk environment and supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
• Draft and format documents using Microsoft Word
• Create and maintain data records in Microsoft Excel
• Operate a laptop efficiently for daily tasks and correspondence
• Support office staff with additional administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BA/BBA)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Confident working with laptops and standard office equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
