Responsibilities:

We are looking for a organized, and professional receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company.

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the concerned department, take messages, and handle inquiries efficiently from local and international clients.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain office calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, interview calls and candidates and document preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and perform HR support tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
  • Well groomed, presentable personality with a professional attitude.
