Recovery Officer
The Recovery Officer will be responsible for the collection of debts prior to legal recovery proceedings commencing, negotiating payments/payment arrangements, handling debtor enquiries and provides administrative assistance to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting individuals and companies in arrears to negotiate payment plans and arrange repayments
- Conducting skip tracing to locate missing debtors
- Analyzing financial information to determine the best course of action for debt recovery
- Keeping accurate records and updating databases on a regular basis
- Reporting on the status of debt recovery efforts to management
- Adhering to all legal requirements and regulations related to debt collection and recovery.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors, B.A or B. Com.
- Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Location: Near Lucky one mall, Karachi.
Timings: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
