Responsibilities:

• Manage receivables and payables for all client accounts.
• Handle accounting tasks for multiple clients simultaneously.
• Issue invoices, record expenses, and reconcile accounts with precision.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of employee working hours for payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and ethical accounting practices.
• Communicate professionally with clients to resolve financial queries.
• Adapt to working in a remote environment while meeting deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

• Education: ACCA-certified (other degrees are not accepted).
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, particularly with QuickBooks.
• Language Skills: Fluent in verbal and written English for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Office (Excel, Word), and other accounting tools.
• Timezone: Willingness to work during Canadian business hours (Eastern Time Zone).
• Work Environment: Proven ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote setting.
• Ethics: Strong ethical values and commitment to confidentiality and accuracy in financial records.
