Job Title: Sales and HR Assistant

Location: E-11 Islamabad, reliable commuting to the office is a must.

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Timing: Mon-Sat (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)

Salary: 25K - 50K per month

Position Overview:

As a Sales and HR Assistant, you will be ensuring smooth and memorable client interactions. Your role involves building strong relationships, addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Act as a problem solver, troubleshoot challenges and offer solutions
  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing personalized assistance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve the customer journey.
  • Assist in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and spoken English, with clear Urdu spoken.
  • Passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional service.
  • Intermediate education - knowledge of customer service practices or prior experience in customer-care roles is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
