Sales And Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at CodeWorx Developers. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Generate leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, referrals).
• Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and pitch our services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns.
• Maintain client relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Track sales performance and prepare detailed reports.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Sales and/or Marketing (preferably in the tech industry).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and IT services (Web Development, App Development, Branding, etc.).
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
