Sales Development Representative
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outbound prospecting activities.
- Conduct cold calls and send personalized emails to engage with prospective customers and set up meetings.
- Maintain a well-organized pipeline of leads using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Stay informed about the companys products or services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve the lead qualification process.
Requirements:
- 1 year of B2B Sales Experience.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Strong market data analysis and lead Identification/Generation.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Knowledge of cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Efficient task prioritization and deadline management.
