Sales Development Specialist (Cold Calling)

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), youll be the first point of contact for prospects, driving top-of-funnel activity through high-volume cold calling and targeted outreach. Your mission is to spark interest, qualify leads, and book discovery meetings for our Account Executives—fueling the growth of a fast-moving B2B tech company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold-call hundreds of prospects per day to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand pain points and determine fit.
  • Build, update, and manage prospect data in our CRM, maintaining 100 % data integrity.
  • Craft concise, compelling outreach emails and LinkedIn messages to boost response rates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute call-plus-email cadences and track performance.
  • Exceed weekly activity targets (calls, emails, meetings set) and monthly pipeline quotas.
  • Provide actionable feedback to Sales & Product teams regarding market trends and objections.

What Youll Bring

  • Exceptional communication skills—clear, confident phone presence and polished writing.
  • Self-starter mentality with a track record of crushing activity or revenue targets.
  • Fluency in professional English (verbal & written) suitable for U.S. executive audiences.
  • Proficiency with leading CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Strong command of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to organize your day, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a metrics-driven environment.

Preferred, but not required

  • 1-2 years in a SaaS, tech, or B2B, B2C inside-sales role.
  • Familiarity with sales-engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
  • Experience researching prospects through LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
