Position Overview:The Sales Executive excels in customer engagement, product knowledge, and closing sales. They effectively manage store operations, inventory, and order fulfillment while maintaining a clean and organized environment. Their proactive customer follow-ups and skilled use of sales techniques significantly drive sales targets. Strong communication and a friendly attitude enhance customer satisfaction. For continued growth, improving time management and expanding product knowledge are recommended. Overall, the Sales Executives contributions are valuable and meet expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to provide information about products and complete sales transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including receiving merchandise, displaying items, and processing payments.
  • Manage inventory, restock items, and ensure products are well-organized.
  • Oversee order packaging and delivery processes.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through networking to encourage repeat business.
  • Follow up with customers via phone and WhatsApp to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate and explain product features to customers based on their requirements.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend optimal solutions to meet those needs.
  • Persuade customers to purchase by highlighting product benefits and uses.
  • Promote additional or higher-quality products through cross-selling and upselling techniques.
  • Assist customers throughout the purchasing and delivery process, providing updates as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Sales Manager or Retail Manager to address prospect inquiries, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
  • Apply knowledge of sales principles and customer service best practices.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain a friendly, energetic demeanor with a focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Manage stressful situations effectively and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Ensure all products are properly tagged and labeled.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, or
  • Bachelors degree with 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks within given instructions, routines, and standard practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
