  • Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms
  • Conduct market research on pricing, trends, and competitors
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable properties
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
  • Negotiate and close property transactions efficiently
  • Coordinate with legal/documentation teams for smooth processingMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and the local property market Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Must have own conveyance
