Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing software company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales for our software products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads.
  • Present and demonstrate software products to potential clients (in-person or via calls).
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored software solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and report on sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
